Account Executive

Are you a driven, self-motivated go getter that loves closing deals on no brainer offers? If so, Systemate sounds like the place for you! Our software sells itself. Our Account Executives are the face of Systemate. You'll be building rapport with potential clients during your demos and showcasing the level of professionalism that our users can expect from our entire organization. As an Account Executive, you'll be given an intake form for each lead that will spell out their pain points so you can easily overcome any possible objections on your live demos. We provide you with all the tools you'll need to be successful. You just work your magic.

Are you a passionate, dedicated, reliable customer support agent looking to join a fast growing company that empowers their team members? Welcome to Systemate! Our users' happiness is of utmost importantance to us and our support staff is the heart of our organization. Our support is done entirely online either via email or in app chat support. This is a modern and efficient way of helping our users become successful. The ability to track every customer interaction within our easy to use support portal creates a more comprehensive approach. Our current team enjoys sending emojis and gifs to our users, working from coffee shops, and enjoying their favorite music whiile they work.
Answer incoming emails and chats from users in a timely, professional, and fun manner!
